Our Policies
Below are the processing, shipping, exchange, and return policies.
Every item is handcrafted and made to order, please allow 2-14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
During high volumes of orders, processing may take a little longer.
Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders may be canceled if it has not been shipped yet.
Shipping: USPS Mail Flat Envelope (2-3 Days)
Items marked “complete” or “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Buyers are responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. Refunds may not be guaranteed if an order is not delivered due to the wrong address inputted by the buyer.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, here is the process:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Ship back the items in it’s original unused condition (buyer is responsible for shipping costs)
- We will refund you within 24 hours! Or we will send you your replacement!
